PLANT: Terrestrial tuberous herb.
To 15cm high. Slender stem very hairy.

LEAVES: Single leaf, long and thin, usually covered in hairs.

FLOWERS: Only 11mm tall from lateral sepal tips to dorsal sepal tip. Has obtuse sepals, but lateral sepals deflected to almost touch the ovary. Has only one marginal callus to the base of the midlobe ( not two as in Caladenia bartlettii ), and has deflexed lateral sepals and midlobe margins.

FLOWERING TIME: November.

HABITAT: Sandy track-sides in dappled shade.

CONSERVATION STATUS: Not Known. Rare.

NOTES: Recorded from the Shenstone Block and Scott Point at Te Paki, and from Sweetwater near Ninety Mile Beach.
